Regardless of whether you are a Republican or a Democrat, living in these days is just down right tough. To navigate these often chaotic waters takes a lot out of our spirit. How do we live in these days and still remain committed and faithful to our spiritual values? What can we do to maintain a healthy relationship with God and those around us?

This Sunday as we continue to study the Psalms, David may help us in his writing of Psalm 20. It can offer us some guidance to “keep on keeping on” to be the disciple we need to be. Giving witness to our faith during these days is vital to making God known to our community and world.
